What is complete wellness?

It’s a simple concept: taking care of every aspect of our health, including our body, our brain, and our emotions. Of course, putting complete wellness into action is anything but simple, because there are so many moving parts to it. For example, if you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed because your job is making you unhappy, then your plan for complete wellness should address making changes in you professional life.

Indeed, everyone’s needs for achieving complete wellness are unique, and what works for me may not work for you. But don’t worry if the idea of taking action to make your overall wellness dreams come true seems complicated, because we’re here to help!

We are a group of college students who started this website as a health class project. But since we’re also all pursuing careers in the health and wellness field, we decided to keep it going to help you learn how to prioritize your complete wellness!
